Justin Youth Sports Association is Non Proffit 501c3. The JYSA board members, commissioners, and coaches donate their time generously each season and throughout the year to ensure the association runs smoothly. The JYSA Board of Directors is elected in accordance with JYSA by-laws and will govern the association. The Board of Directors is authorized to establish policies and procedures for administering the affairs of the association in accordance with these by-laws. Current position holders will continue in office until their successors have been elected and *confirmed. Once confirmed position transfer will then take place.

*Conformation - The highest-ranking position (not up for election) confirming the newly elected member is active and be in good standing with JYSA.
Membership standing will be determined prior to the meeting and preformed for all those wishing to hold a JYSA position.
